Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@DrOud.co.uk with your reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of tracked return shipping and must email us the tracking details.

Important: If the product does not reach us and is not trackable, your refund will not be processed. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on used or opened perfumes, worn clothing, or gift cards. Sale items can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process. Once accepted, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.

Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3–5 working days from dispatch. Shipping is £3.50 for orders under £50 and free for orders over £50. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.
